…that I missed or forgot before
- Sensual Phrase (Kaikan Phrase), the quintessential smutty shoujo manga by Shinjou Mayu, is getting a game on the DS. It’s set for release in February 2010. Unlike the manga where the heroine Aine falls hard for Sakuya, in the game you’ll also be able to pair up with Kazuto, Yukifumi, Yoshihiko, Hitoshi, Ralph, or Tomoyuki. I have to admit I’m not a fan of the comic, but I might check this out…
- Mizu no Senritsu, a little-known PS2 game, is being re-released December 24 for the PSP by Cyberfront. I might do a post on it, as it doesn’t get the love I think it deserves
- Da Capo Girl’s Symphony Pocket will be released next spring on the DS by Otomate
- Dear Girl ~Stories~ for the DS will be released December 17 2009
- Signal for the DS will be released December 3 2009
- Sangokuren Senki for the PC scheduled for a February 2010 release

Definitely getting Dear girls stories, and Sangokuren Senki. I’m not too fond of Shinjo Mayu and other…mature mangas, so not sure about the game. XD
Yeah, I never really understood how Shinjou Mayu/Kaikan Phrase was so popular, but I’m not a big fan of manga about love with idols in general. But it might work in a game, hopefully!
WHOA the new version of Mizu is so much… cuter than the original.
Though somehow, I think I’ve grown somewhat used to the impossible proportions and crazy messed up CG’s. xD
Yeah personally, I thought its storyline was really great and the girl… Well she’s ok. At least she’s logical and not too particularly stupid?
I hope they do that for the second one in the series too. It was even better than the first. =D
(I want to play Sengokuren! >.< Even if the storyline is really odd, it's still too cute to resist.)
Yes, I really like Mizu no Senritsu – great background story, and I love love the second one (mostly for the heroine, the first one I could not understand why she was in love with the schlep:P)
And I so want Sangokuren, but PC games are too expensive for me right now…ah well.
Haha who are you referring to with the “schlep”?
Yeah well… Otome games… WHY SO EXPENSIVE T-T (Oh yeah profit. But still.)
Have you checked out Signal at all? It was actually really curious to me how they would make a game about racers. I dunno, for some reason any kind of commercial product to do with racers just scream “old-school!” in my head. ^^”
Ah, haha, the schlep is her childhood friend, the guy with the ponytail who always is wearing a shapeless sweater and seems just…not interesting at all
I did get Signal, i’ve only played a couple routes so far but maybe I’ll review it sometime – it actually is based on a *really* old otome game, so your instincts are right
