Well, that was interesting :D News!
So yeah…I’m so sorry about the blog being AWOL for a long time (3 weeks almost??), I will say that I do NOT recommend GoDaddy and Hostpapa for web hosting…though I eventually got things sorted out and I like my new host Site5, it was very painful and annoying.
But enough of that! I am going to put off my big announcement post till next Friday, because man, there’s been a lot of otome news and I need to catch up!
- Storm Lover, a new game for the PSP is announced by D3P
- A Hakuouki mini-game game, (like Vitamin Y I guess) Hakuouki Yuugiroku just opened its website at Otomate
- Scared Rider Xechs, the mystery otome project, has been confirmed as a PS2 otome game for June 2010 (yay!)
- Another new game from Otomate is announced, Moujuutsukai to Ouji-sama (The Beastmaster and the Prince) for release in June for the PS2 – the pic shows a girl in fantasy(?) clothing, as well as a good-looking blond guy with long hair, and a short, silver-haired guy with an eyepatch, as well as a couple other characters
- Otomate is also adapting Otometeki Koi Kakumei for the PSP, release date in April
- And they’re also adapting Da Capo Girl’s Symphony for the PSP, for June release
- Holy Makinov, Otomate is a well-oiled machine!!
- OH MY GOD, I just saw a flash pic of another Hakuouki game…FOR THE PS3!!!!
Excuse me, I have to go hyperventilate over a PS3 otome game!!
…ok, I’m back. Ahem. The game is set for June, and now I will pretend that I meant to not get all those Hakuouki games all along and wasn’t a huge mistake, and it was all because I knew that this would happen!
In blog news, I’m going to be updating the events calendar over the next couple days, does anyone use Google calendars? I’ve heard it’s good for public calendars, might check it out. Also have to try and find my posts, thankfully I had backed them up to December (though I spent 5 hours last night cleaning up the file to re-upload them, lots of fun!), but I only have some of the Dec and Jan ones. also try to figure out the sidebars, dumb new Wordpress version is not playing nice.

I really like the design, especially being greeted by Vitamin X hotties on top of the page xD
The game release calendar right next to them is great as well, that way I can’t ever overlook it. With the old design the calendar was displayed way down on the page for me, so I had to scroll almost to the bottom to find it.
I WAS SO SURPRISED WHEN I HEARD HAKUOUKI WAS GETTING A PS3 PORT (It’s a port right? D:)
PS3 otome game! Will this be the start of PS3 ports of Otomate games?

Yes, I think it’s a port, since it has the same name as the original game. Crazy huh??
Awesome! Yeah, the calendar before was not very helpful, this is so much better. And well, the header images help a lot too

It was rather a shock to find the ERROR link when accessing your website (since I always check up on it every two or three days)
Imagine my joy to find the new link when searching Yahoo in the hopes of finding your website again.
And on another note, DANG, the PS3? XD At least it’s not just the bishoujo games getting hi-def ports. Now I’m REALLY glad I bit the bullet and shelled out those 400 bucks. <3
